Great customer service! The light blue is slightly darker than the photo but it’s still a nice shade. If you don’t want the handkerchief to functional, don’t use too many words or it’ll be too stiff. I personalized mine with 30 words and it’s quite firm in the middle because of the embroidery, but I don’t intend to use them as actual handkerchiefs.

Shipping was not the fastest, but that's understandable since I was ordering from Italy and the package was coming from practically the other side of the world. In my case, I chose not to use express shipping because it was too expensive. The quality of the product is good. It was a gift and it was very, very well received. There are no loose threads or messy stitching, and the colors are exactly as expected. The sizing matches the description perfectly. Everything is simply as it should be. I would definitely order from them again.

It’s a very cute design and the sweatshirt is comfortable but the finished product was a little different from what I requested because of a misunderstanding. I contacted the seller and she explained the reasoning in a timely manner. Note to future buyers: if you want 2 kids, you should specify which Pokémon is above each year listed. (Ex: Kid 1 above 2000). There was a confusion about perspective (looking at the shirt vs. from the character's perspective). I think you should note the request more carefully, she will send you a confirmation email. Overall: I would still recommend the product but more precise wording or clarification before production would be recommended

So, I dont love this item, but i like it enough. One thing to note is the collar of the classic shirt is kinda puffy, and stretched out. Not a fan of that at all. And there are definitely variances in the embroidered images you actually receive vs the images advertised. The tshirt is nice, soft fabric, not as soft as comfort colors. The embroidery is really nice. The patch on the inside isn’t itchy and it doesn’t poke out like it’s sitting awkward on your chest! They cut the patch on the inside so it’s not as big. It’s also not itchy. I regularly wear a large and that’s what I ordered. It fits perfectly!
